Yoga and PT is about helping you take advantage of your own inner healing power to keep yourself healthy, eliminate or manage pain, and move freely without frustrating limitations.  Laura combines the ancient discipline of yoga with the biomechanics and anatomical reference of Physical Therapy for an integrative and effective approach to pain relief and improved well being.



Combining her knowledge and experience as a licensed Physical Therapist with her training in Hatha Yoga allows Laura to find new ways to promote healing where traditional methods might have fallen short.  Additionally, if you currently practice yoga, but are limited by pain or weakness, she can help you practice in a more meaningful and pain-free way. Laura offers private sessions in her home studio in Chapel Hill, North Carolina.
