Do you perform any noise reduction?
We will try to remove any hissing and popping by both cleaning your record thoroughly and doing some post-transfer audio clean up. Records in very bad condition might not end up sounding too great, though.
What is the price for a double album?
You will be charged $18 for a double album - less than 1.5x the regular price of two albums. What a deal!
How do I ship my records?
Shipping records can be challenging. You can find good sources for shipping milers and boxes for your LPs online. Here are a couple of good ones: SleeveCity and Vinyl Revival.
Audio Cassette Questions
How will a non-commercial tape be broken into tracks?
If the songs breaks are very obvious, the different songs will be different tracks. Long spoken-word audio will be broken into 5 minute tracks for easy searching during playback.
Do you perform any noise reduction?
If there is substantial tape hiss or other noise on your recording, we will do our best to remove it post-transfer.
